All Taxation via Trust

Every person and entity operating within the economy has a registered trust. This trust receives the benefits of all economic participation. Only transfer of funds from a trust for personal use or foreign transfer are taxed. All other federal taxes and superannuation are abolished.

All Non-Sustainable Impacts are Quantified

Environmental and land-use impacts of all economic transactions are estimated using regularly updated open-source models provided by the CSIRO. Alternative models may be submitted for approval through a structured process. All negative environmental impact must be offset through the purchase of sustainability offset credits.

All Social Support is Combined

All social support payments, including aged pensions, unemployment, parental, student, disability, and others, are replaced with three simpler options: Compassionate support, Carer support, and Growth support. Misuse of the system incurs mandatory counselling, privacy reductions, and criminal charges.

All Non-Person Entities are Equal

All organisations, including companies, unions, political parties, and non-profits, must adhere to the same laws regarding market power, corruption, privacy, deception, and proactive labelling. This will drive material changes to how online disinformation campaigns and political corruption are handled.

 What about?

The Polarity framework does not attempt to cover everything. Everyone has views about science, security, freedoms, economics, responsibility, and religion. These and many other topics are deliberately out of scope.
